LPKP 5-Year Limited Warranty Policy
| 1. Warranty Period | Our LPKP products are covered by a Three (3) Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase. |
| 2. Warranty Coverage | This warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. During the warranty period, LPKP will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product, replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, or issue a refund of the purchase price. |
| 3. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered) | This Limited Warranty DOES NOT COVER any damage or defects resulting from: 1. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, color fading). 2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, or failure to follow product instructions. 3. Products that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired by anyone other than LPKP or an authorized service center. 4. Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning, floods, fire) or external forces. 5. Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters, bulbs) unless the failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. |
| 4. How to Claim Warranty | To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps: 1. Contact our Customer Support team immediately via email at [support@lpkplight.com]. 2. Provide your Order Number (or proof of purchase). 3. Provide a detailed written description of the defect or issue. 4. Include clear photographic or video evidence of the defect. Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions if your claim is approved. |
| 5. Shipping and Handling | The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping and handling to return the product to LPKP or an authorized service center. LPKP will cover the shipping cost of the repaired or replacement product back to the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items being returned. |
| 6. Legal Statements | This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by LPKP and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state, province, or country. |
