Thank you for choosing LPKP for your Red Light Therapy needs. We are committed to ensuring your high-quality light therapy device—from our initial Sleep Bags and Mats to our powerful Panel Lights—is handled with care and delivered to you safely.
1. Processing Time (Handling)

Order Verification & Quality Check: All orders are processed, quality checked, and packaged within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after your payment is verified.

High-Value Goods: Given the precision and value of our Red Light Therapy devices, this time ensures your item (especially the large panels) undergoes a final functional check before shipment.
2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Transit Times
We offer two primary shipping options based on your location and urgency.

Note on Large Items: Due to their size and weight (like the Mats, Beds, and 6-Panel Lights), some items may be shipped via specialized freight carriers. Shipping and handling for these bulky items are often included in the price for major regions, but any special handling fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking

Tracking Number: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package's journey.

Activation Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become fully active in the carrier's system.

Carriers: We partner with trusted global carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure secure delivery.
4. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
LPKP ships its Red Light Therapy products worldwide.

Import Duties & Taxes: The customer (recipient) is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (including VAT) levied by the destination country's customs office. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

High-Value Product Notice: As our products are high-value health devices, customs offices may strictly enforce duties. Failure to pay these charges will result in the package being abandoned or returned. LPKP cannot issue a refund for packages returned due to unpaid duties.

Documentation: We ensure all customs documentation is accurately prepared to minimize delays.
5. Delivery Issues (Lost or Damaged Items)
We take full responsibility for the safe delivery of your Red Light Therapy device.

Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please stop unpacking, take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us immediately at [Your Support Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or a full refund.

Package Lost in Transit: If a tracking status has been stalled for more than 20 consecutive days (Standard Shipping) or is confirmed lost by the carrier, LPKP will initiate a full investigation and, upon confirmation, will issue an immediate replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses due to the high value and size of our equipment. A physical address with contact phone number is required for all orders.
