2. ORDER PROCESSING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). We partner with major, reliable global carriers (including DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ensure guaranteed and speedy delivery.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your Red Light Therapy device is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

LPKP is responsible for the products until they are delivered to your address. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lpkplight@gmail.com (or support@lpklight.com) so we can initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
